At Covering All Occasions we offer a range of delivery services, and strive to dispatched all items on the same day of cleared funds (before 11am)
all orders that are of £50 value or more will be dispatched via express delivery free of charge!!
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Mobile numbers will only be used for delivery purposes
We offer Quibble free returns policy. Whatever your reason we offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery or collection.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, with the items you would like to return. You will then have 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Please note that you remain responsible for the items until they reach us.
Unless the Items are faulty, all products must be returned in the original packaging and in a condition so they can be resold
If the items are faulty then then your Delivery charge will be refunded.
Cancelation Policy
You have 14 days from the day you place your order to cancel your order. This is our 14 day cancellation period. This needs to be done in writing to customerservice@coveringalloccasions.com. The full purchase price along with the standard delivery charge will be refunded. If you paid for any express or expedited delivery service, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery charge. If you decide to return only some of the order, then you may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.
