How do i place my order?
Simply contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements and work with you to create
the perfect design to meet your needs. If you have images of similar products you would
like to customise please send them to us.

CAN i HAVE MY OWN LOGO ON A SIGN?
We do not provide a logo design service but if you have your own logo already set up we can put that on to your business sign or adapt your logo to your chosen style of sign.
Artwork for your logo must be submitted to us in the correct files, we would need your artwork to be supplied to us in a vector EPS or AI format.
Please note we can work with JPEGS and PNG file types on some occasions, but they may not be suitable.
CAN YOU MATCH MY BUSINESS COLOURS
We have a huge range of coloured acrylics and paints and will always strive to match to your colour palette as closely as possible.
WILL iT BE POSSIBLE to SEE my sign before it goes into production?
Absolutely! Once we have agreed on the style and colours of your design we will submit a proof for your approval by email in 2 business days.
HOW MuCH WILL MY SIGN COST?
Along with your proof we will also submit a price for your order, this will include shipping costs.
will My sign be supplied with fixings?
Yes, your sign will be supplied either without holes with adhesive backing or with holes and wall fixings. We will discuss this with you at point of order to determine the best way to hang your sign.
When will i receive my finished custom sign?
After we have received your approval and payment in full, we will dispatch your order in 2 working days. Once completed we will send your sign to you by courier for next day delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We would hope that having worked closely with our clients through the design process, the finished product would be exactly as approved. If through no fault of our customers there was a problem we would give a full refund.
We do not accept returns of custom-made signs unless the item is faulty. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us within 24hrs if you have a problem.
