HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements and work with you to create the perfect design to meet your needs. If you have images of similar products you would like to customise please send them to us. customerservice@coveringalloccasions.com

CAN I HAVE MY OWN GRAPHIC ON A SIGN?

That depends on the design, please email us, we will happily look at your request and let you know what is possible.

If this is possible any artwork must be submitted to us in the correct files, we would need your artwork to be supplied to us in a vector EPS or AI format.

Please note we can work with JPEGS and PNG file types on some occasions, but they may not be suitable.

CAN I HAVE MY OWN COLOUR

We have a large range of standard colours available to order from, please select your preferred colour from the options on the product listing.

WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO SEE MY SIGN BEFORE IT GOES INTO PRODUCTION?

We do not submit proofs for this type of product. Your sign will be exactly as you have ordered from our available size, colour and font options. 

HOW MUCH WILL MY SIGN COST?

For the majority of the signs we have for home, the prices are set. 

However some signs have varying prices depending on the options you choose.

WILL MY SIGN BE SUPPLIED WITH FIXINGS?

Please refer to the product listing for full details of what will be included with your chosen design. If fixings are required, then they will be included with the product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will dispatch your order in 2 working days with standard delivery. Orders sent by express delivery are despatched the same day. 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

If you select standard delivery your order will arrive within 2 working days.

A tracking service is not included but you will receive a notification if the driver is unable to deliver to your property.

If you choose to pay for express delivery this will be fully tracked.
