  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - £2.99
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.99
  • Express Delivery (24hr Courier) is charged at £9.99.  This service is next business day delivery (Monday - Friday).
CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES

All orders that are of £50 value or more will be dispatched via express delivery free of charge!!

  1. All personalised products are non-refundable Covering All Occasions is therefore unable to take returns or offer refunds on personalised goods.  
  2. This is a bespoke item and under the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" -  Goods made to the customer’s specification cannot be returned for a refund.
  3. *Please note: Customers are liable for the costs of returning goods to us.
  4. We Covering All Occasions can refuse to process any order without prior notice, we will issue a full refund if we refuse to process an order.

Enquired and ordered a named football mirror and when arrived not quite happy with the quality due tot h font I chose and when contacted covering all occasions they replied with a happy outcome to suit myself and advised a better font and once another had arrived it was perfect

I contacted this company after ordering from a different company whe where my order still hasn't arrived. Covering all occasions went out there way to make sure our son had his birthday present. I Ordered 4pm on Wednesday they messaged same evening to say that order was ready. We received our item Friday afternoon on our sons birthday so he was very made up with his light. He has it switched on every night.
