At Covering All Occasions we offer a range of delivery services:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - £3.99
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.99
  • Express Delivery (24hr Courier) is charged at £9.99.  This service is next business day delivery (Monday - Friday).
CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES
  • Our final order date for Xmas is 15th December.

All orders that are of £50 value or more will be dispatched via Next Day Tracked free of charge!!

Please note that any shipping method chosen only applies after we have made the order.   Everything we make is completely bespoke to you and not picked off the shelves...so it does take time for us to do this. 

We strive to get any order out within 3 working days after cleared payment, regardless of busy periods.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds 

  1. All personalised products are non-refundable Covering All Occasions is therefore unable to take returns or offer refunds on personalised goods.  
  2. This is a bespoke item and under the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" -  Goods made to the customer’s specification cannot be returned for a refund.
  3. *Please note: Customers are liable for the costs of returning goods to us.
  4. We Covering All Occasions can refuse to process any order without prior notice, we will issue a full refund if we refuse to process an order.
