  • Express Delivery (24hr Courier) is charged at £9.99.  This service is next business day delivery (Monday - Friday).
CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES
  • Standard shipping - order by - 18th December

All orders that are of £50 value or more will be dispatched via Next Day Tracked free of charge!!

Please note that any shipping method chosen only applies after we have made the order.   Everything we make is completely bespoke to you and not picked off the shelves...so it does take time for us to do this. 

We strive to get any order out within 2-3 working days after cleared payment, regardless of busy periods.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment.  Mobile numbers will only be used for delivery purposes.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds 

  1. All personalised products are non-refundable Covering All Occasions is therefore unable to take returns or offer refunds on personalised goods.  
  2. This is a bespoke item and under the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" -  Goods made to the customer’s specification cannot be returned for a refund.
  3. *Please note: Customers are liable for the costs of returning goods to us.
  4. We Covering All Occasions can refuse to process any order without prior notice, we will issue a full refund if we refuse to process an order.

Pleasantly surprised!

When you see items advertised on Facebook, you often can get bitten. When I saw the advert for this very nice looking decorative light which could be designed to say a name, I was hoping it wasn’t any scam. I made the plunge and ordered. I was pleased and reassured to receive an email to let me know I had purchased it all ok. Then I received an email to update me a couple days later it was out for shipping, this was very quick and didn’t expect that. When the item arrived, it was carefully packed. First inspection was positive. It comes with a film over the mirror to keep it safe from scratches. It came with a remote control (although it can also be used via its switches attached to the cable), and fittings.
I put it up in my hallway, and it displays the name of my small business. It looks amazing and gives a professional look as well as being a head turner. My patients have all commented on it so far, so I am very pleased. I opted for the larger size and in retrospect, it was definitely the right thing to do.
